OBESITY

Obesity is a unvarying topic!! I think the most important things to do to keep obese away from people is to change their eating habits. Because most of Australian people like chips, ice-cream, coffee, cola, chocolate... and these such things make people fat easier. And they need to eat more fruits, vegetables, water... And I think the sport equipment in school doesn't enough and the children need more exercises.
Obesity in Australia 1, obesity is due to fat being deposited on our bodies when the nutrients energy(kilojoules)we consume from food and drink is greater than the energy we use up in activities and at rest.
